Outlook Calendar Forms Appointment Help



I am trying to customize a form to do some department scheduling. Can I
change the appointment tab fields at all? It does not allow me to do so,
Next question would be, can I chance the tab (P.2) to a different Name?
I also want to share this form with others on my network, Can a shared
folder be created and the new appointment form saved in the folder rather
than the personal or orginizational folder??

On an appointment form, you can only customize the P.# pages. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/appointmentform.htm for other limitations.

If you want to use the form to create items in a shared folder, you can certainly publish it to that folder and make it the folder's default form.
