Outlook calandar problem

Vince,

Nothing - absolutely nothing when I click on the New appointment tab -even
tried right clicking and selecting. Also tried fiax and repair under help.

OK, that's odd but let try something... run ScanPST.EXE on your PST file
which should be (for a WinXP system) in the C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
directory. Has this problem always existed?
