Outlook blocking unsafe attachments

When sending a MS Word document as an attachment in Outlook 2000 I get this
error message. "Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe
attachment."
How can I turn this feature off?

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
