Outlook Biz Mgr Cntcts should allow creation of distribution list

Am using Outlook Business Contact Manager to try to keep track of my clients.
However, have been frustrated by the inability to create distribution lists
that would allow me to create subgroups of contacts within an account that
might be part of a project team or other subgrouping within the account.

You can create a DL in your main Contacts folder comprised of BCM Business
Contacts if that is of use.

Bill - Great suggestion. Although, in the future, it would be nice to keep
the work related distribution lists with the business contacts, this works
fine and serves my purpose. I suppose I could also create a new contact
folder especially for distribution lists.

Thanks again.

I agree it would be good. I think there was mention here that V3 will allow
customisation of forms so it will also allow other forms in a BCM folder and
should make this possible.

I was just stuggling witt this myself, wondering why on earth would you not
be able to make a BC in BCM sub folder. When you transfer the BC to contacts
the data doesn't all correlate and you don't have access to the business
history.
