Outlook BCM menus & Activesync

Hi

When I start Outlook from the Start menu or the desktop icon, the BCM
"Business
Tools" menu is present. However, if I first cradle my iPaq PDA, ActiveSync
pre-loads Outlook and the "Business Tools" menu does not appear - I have to
close Outlook, uncradle the PDA, open Outlook, and recradle the PDA for the
menu to reappear. Is there a simpler way to do this?
