Hi there,
I seem to be in a bit of a conundrum.
I am running Windows 2000 and Outlook 2002. I hope to backup my PST file
to an external hard drive. This sounds easy enough, don't it?
But I have WinFax. And it's set to use my address book _and_ it is my
fax machine. So, it's on all the time. And, yes, it ain't allowing me to
do my backup.
Since this isn't XP, I don't have the benefit of backing up locked
files. And WinFax doesn't seem to have a clean way to shut down. At
least none that I can find.
Any thoughts on how I can backup my PST file? Should I force quit the
WinFax process? Doesn't sound like a sound thing to do...
