Outlook backup problem

When I leave Outlook, i'm asked if I want to backup all
the files. If I hit backup, I get a message saying that
the file "backappl.exe" cannot be found.

Can I get this from someone, and where should it go?
Will this solve the problem???

I had the same problem. You need to reload a program called pfbackup.exe; you
can find it in the Microsoft dowloads, under Office, Outlook 2000, add-ins
(I'm assuming you're using Outlook 2000).

Download it and double-click to run it. Worked like a champ.
