Outlook Attachments

Is there a way to either:

Replace the paperclip indicating attachments are in an email an
display the attachment name in the inbox view?

Or...

Automatically include the file name of an attachement in the subjec
line of an email sent from and to Outlook?

Basically, I have a mailbox that multiple employees will be sendin
emails with single Excel file attachments too, and I need to be able t
quickly view the inbox and check off that the file has been receive
for the current month. I don't want to make them type the file nam
every time, but opening or previewing each email is becoming very tim
consuming given there are hundreds a week.

Thanks!

Check www.slipstick.com -- there are quite a few add-ins available that deal
with processing attachments in various ways, and Slipstick is the best
source for finding such things.
