outlook at startup?

Is there an option in Outlook 2003 to have it open at startup, or do you
just have to put it in the Startup group? Also, can you have it start up
minimized?
 
Put it in your startup folder and edit the shortcut to have it start
minimized.

account will be deleted without reading.
