When I start outlook 2003 I get a window titled "Microsoft
LDAP Directory" With a tab on it saying "connection Details"

Under the tab there are 4 fields saying "Server name",
"Port", "User name" and "Pasword" Below the fields is a
check box titled " Use Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"

The first 3 fields have default values in them "NULL"
"3268" and "NULL" the password field is blank.

This box always pops up at start up of outlook, what can I
do to keep it from popping up?

Please send me an email to my hotmail account, thank you.

Google is your friend. Tools>E-mail account>View or change existing
directories or address books>Next. Click the LDAP service, click Remove,
then Finish.
