How do I add an Appointment on Outlook 2003 on a POP3 Connection?

Huh? Open your Calendar and click New. Calendar items are added to your
PST, which is local to your machine. POP servers don't host anything but
mail. If you're talking about accessing an Exchange server via POP, the
answer is the same.
