HI, I connect to my work email via webmail which inturn opens outlook (2000
on my PC) - the mail is diplaked by oday, Yesterday etc and I can see say 50
or so in a page. How can I delete 600 old emails regardless of whether I have
read them or not in one go? I would like to say everything prior November
2006 to be deleted.

Can this be done and also

How do I set up my regular PC Outlook 2000 for my personal email from ISP to
also display in Today , Yetsrday, last week etc?

Sort the messages by date. Click the oldest you want to delete. Scroll
down until you see the newest you want to delete. Hold Shift and click it.
This will select everything between the first one you clicked and the last
one. Press or click Delete.

Grouping is an Outlook 2003 feature. Outlook 2000 can't do it.

I was / am not sure how to sort on a web mail based Outlook app. I referred
to help and it sais to click on 'Meassges' on the main tool bar - But I
cannot see messages- is this because it is web and not actually Outlook
opened?

I can only see 100 messages in a view also and need to be able to highlight
500.

Right. I missed that part (that you're using Outlook Web Access). Opening
Outlook Web Access does NOT open Outlook on your desktop. It opens your
Exchange mailbox exactly as the Outlook client on the desktop system opens
the Exchange mailbox.

You can still do what I suggect, only in groups of 100. It will take only
five screens worth to delete the 500 messages.
