outlook and PDA problem!!!

Having a problem with time synch. If I make an appointment in outlook, it
synchs with the pda, but an hour different. I have missed some appointments
because of it. Does anyone know what is causing the problem?

G'Day Candace,

The usual reason is daylight saving.

Ensure that BOTH Windows Xp AND Windows Mobile
are set to the same time zone, with appropriate settings for
daylight saving on Xp
AND
on your desktop/notebook look at Outlook, Tools>Options,
Calendar Options, Timezone... (button), "Adjust for daylight
saving time" - check the box.

That should do it.
 
The time zone or daylight time setting is different on each device. If both
were the same, the appointments would be correct.
