I use Outlook for my POP3 yahoo account. I have set outlook to send email
in HTML format. When the recipient see the email in web browser he complains
that my email message has lots of line breaks...it does not look the way I
had composed (fonts colors are okay only addded line breaks).....but when
the same mail viewed in outlook it looks the way I send it....what could be
wrong....??? any ISP issues, settings...?/

anybody knows....

thanks

It's likely the view at your recipient's end. If the recipient is using a
browser to view mail, he's not using a full client. That would be my guess
although I'd bet there are others who will respond who have more experience
with browser-based webmail.

You can always email that person in plain text. From Help: Open the contact
card for the person. In the E-mail box, double-click the contact's e-mail
address.
In the Internet Format list, select the format you want to use for messages
to this recipient. Change 'Let Outlook choose...' to 'Always send in plain
text.'

Thanks Mary. I can do that but all the people who view their emails in
browser sees those additional lines.....and formatting is gone...

I have noticed that when I send from my home thru outlook it works
great.....HTML formats are retained...I use comcast internet at home....but
when I send from office outlook the receiptnts get line breaks...is there
some network issue here

thanks
