I recently changed from Outlook express to regular outlook, and imported all
my contacts and folders. why does outlook prompt me for the file location of
CorelCENTRAL 9 address book when i first open the program? i double click
the outlook icon from my desktop, and before i can get to my inbox, a screen
comes up that looks like the save as screen and at the top it says
"CorelCENTRAL9 address book" and it lists all my folders. When i close the
window, it takes me straight to my inbox, but i'd rather not have to go
through this step.

This is caused by some Corel add-in you have installed. Uninstall it if you
do not use it.

Well, I am using some of these add-ins so I cannot unistall them. Wondering
what I can do so that the dialogue box doesn't come up everytime I open
Outlook.

You might want to check with Corel documentation what it actually does and
how it works. If it is an issue they might have an update for it.
