OUTLOOK AND COMAST INTERNET PROVIDER

I am having problems receiving and sending e-mail through comcast. I have
outlook 2003 and windows home edition xp. I have been on the phone all
morning with comcst,dell and microsoft and no one can seem to figure this one
out. Please help. Note: my computer is brand new and it was previously
running fime untill today.
