Hi,
In Outlook it is possible to configure the default autoarchive options
(which are stored in the registry on the client) and it's possible to
configure individual autoarchive options for the folders in the Exchange
store. I suspect that these individual settings are stored in the Exchange
store (as I can see the same value when swithcing from one client to
another).
I want to script the setting of the autoarchive options for all folders in a
mailbox that has individual settings. In order to do that I need to know how
this information is stored. I assume it's a MAPI property of some kind
that's stored in the folder object, but I cannot find any information about
it. I also fear that it may also be a of some kind stored in the mailbox
with encoded Outlook data (as I have been unable to see any changes of the
MAPI properties on the folder using mdbvu32.exe while changing the settings)
Any tips?
Regards,
Arild
