Outlook and Access

Hi all, Im gonna be hugely optimistic here and wonder if this is possible...
I have a database full of job information, and we use a shared diary in
Outlook to input data about whats going on, a normal diary if you will...
Sometimes these entries relate to a specific job, is there anyway a link
could be creaeted from outlook so that if there is a job no. in there you can
click on it and it opens it up in the access database? or vise versa... a
button you can click from the job in access that brings up any information
about it in the diary????
Thanks, WK

an Hi - you can set up a linked table in Access which is from Outlook source
- File, Get External Data. Providied you have your key field in both sources
you should be able to link with a query in Access I should think.... hope
this helps
