outlook always ask to "save as"!!!

Sir,

My outlook was always ok untill one hour ago.

One hour ago, it starts to always popup a dialog asking me to save message
as plain text, then I click "cancel", but the dialog reopen again and always
there. I didn't know what trigger the "save as" command. It seems that it is
always fired unlimited time whenever I click a message.

I tried to restart the computer, but it is the same.

Any one has an idea what should I do???

maybe you create a new profile

What does it means "a new profile"? An new email account or a new personal
folder? If I creat a new profile, it should not have influence to my email
setting. I think...
