Outlook All Documents View

In Lotus Notes, a view exists where I can see all sent and received
mail and sort by person and date. I am trying to find a similar view
in Outlook, but it doesn't appear to exist. Please let me know how to
create this view.

I am using Outlook 2003.

I think you can come close. Create a custom Search folder, specifying no
criteria and including Inbox and Sent Items. Then view that search folder
by conversation.
