Outlook Advanced Find criteria

Wouter

When I, in my own Exch & Outlook 2000 mailbox, I open a message which
I forwarded, I see a statusline noting that "You forwarded this
message on... Click here to find all related messages." I click the
statusline and the "Advanced Find" dialog appears, searching my
folders Inbox, Draft and Send Items. When I do excactly the same in
someone else's mailbox which is opened as an additional mailbox in my
Outlook, the "Advanced Find" dialog only searches the folder in which
the message resides. OK, I can "Browse" to look in other folders as
well, but it would be nice if I could change this default setting not
just to one folder, but to the folders Inbox, Draft and Send Items
instead. Is there a way to accomplish that?

TIA,
Wouter

This is a known limitation of Exchange. You can search multiple folders only
in youir own mailbox.
