Outlook Addressing Problem

Recently my Outlook stopped automatically bringing up names when start an
address in the To or Copy boxes. I have to type the entire name every time I
send a note. What can I do to rectify this?
I already went into Tools/Options. In the Advanced E-mail options section,
there ARE checks in the following boxes: Automatic Name Checking and Suggest
names while completing the To, Cc and Bc fields.
This is driving me CRAZY - please help! Our IT folks are at a loss why this
has happened.

It's called AutoComplete. The article below shows how to turn it off;
reverse it to turn it back on.
