Outlook Address Question

ShaVan

I recently purchased a laptop with Vista as the operatig system which I use
Outook for my e-mail, calendar, etc. Additionally, my main computer at home
crashed and had to be replaced. This computer also uses Vista as the
operatig system, & Outook for e-mail. Yet my e-mail is not connected
together even though it is the same address. I've tried to back-up my
settings and import to the new computer. Also, I've tried exporting them
directly from one computer to another via a network, and so far nothing has
worked. How do I get all my mail to come through under one address:
(e-mail address removed)?

Thank-you,

An email application installed on two PC's doesnt 'share' the mail, mail
downloaded or sent from one PC will not be seen on the other.
In order to retrieve the mail/contacts data from the crashed PC it would
either have to be working or you would need to access its hard drive to
retreive the data files.
Using any wizard to retreive outlook data/settings is not reccommended.

On a Vista PC do NOT copy any data files to the default Outlook location,
copy them to Documents folder
