Outlook address book alphabetizable by first OR LAST name

The address book should be easily alphabetizable by first or last name.
Should be able to click to change from one view to the other.

And it is. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View ir change existing directories
or address books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Set
the sort order there.
