Hi,

does anybody know how to add religious holidays with the private flag on, so
others are not bothered when they check my calendar.

I don't think there's a built in way to do it but you can try using a list
view of your calendar grouped by Location (which is used as the holiday
grouping). Add the Private field (which is a checkbox) to the view and you
can check the items pretty quickly.

Religious (and other) holidays are marked free so they will not show up in
free/busy - if you have some marked busy, change them to free.

If they open your calendar using 'open other users folder' and are offended
to see the holidays listed, its their problem. :) As long as you are all in
the same time zone, they should be in the all day area so they won't be
cluttering the calendar.

To mark items private, add the private field to the view and group by it.
Drag items between the private: yes and private: no groups or click in the
private box.
