Outlook & Add/Remove

I have lost my 'Contacts' pane in Outlook Express and
don't know how to get it back! There does not seem to be
an option to bring it back to the lower left of my screen.

Also, any ideas on why, when I start Add/Remove from
Control Panel that nothing appears? No programs list -
just a blank screen.

In Outlook Express: Go to View, Layout. The checkbox for the Contacts list
is there.
