Outlook Add-in for reply all event

Hi,
How to handle key event CNTR+SHIFT+R (Reply to all) event in outlook 2003.
I am able to write add in which handles reply all button event but it is not
handling
short key for same.I am not finding any online help.Please any body can help
how to go about this.

Outlook does not provide hooks for keypress events. Therefore, I'd handle this differently, using the Inspectors.NewInspector and Inspector.Activate events. A "reply to all" opening as a new message will be distinguished by these properties:

Recipients.Count > 1
Size = 0
