Outlook access for remote offices

I have three remote offices that access our main office through a Citrix
MetaFrame connection on our terminal server. Each user has an Outlook
mailbox on the server. I would like to set up Outlook on their local pc's so
they can access their email without having to be connected to the server.
How do I do this? W2K o/s on workstations and server and Office 2000 is what
we currently use. Thanks for any help.
 
If access to mail is only through terminal server, you can't provide local
access with no server connection.
