Outlook 98: Check if IMO or Corporate/Workgroup

I am looking for a way to determine from Visual Basic whether Outlook
98 is installed in Internet Only Mode(IMO) or Corporate/Workgroup
mode. Ken Slovak has a posting that describes how to do this for
Outlook 2000 by checking a registry setting:

However, Outlook 98 does not appear to have that setting.

I found a Microsoft Knowledge Base article that references the
location of the appropriate registry key and the possible values at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;192263.

The key that should be checked is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Outlook\Setup and the
possible values are 0 for Internet Mail Only(IMO) and 1 for Corporate
or Workgroup.
