Outlook 2K users not able to see others appointments beyond 60d?

Have Exch 2003 Srvr. Staff need to schedule meeting beyond 60 days. Not
able to see the appointments. How to fix?
 
Increase your free/busy time period from the default 2 months to 12 months. This needs to be done on each user's machine.
