Outlook 2K Loading Problem

Hi All!

My Outlook 2k has developed a problem. When I start the program the Outlook
logo box comes up and then just sits there. It takes several minutes before
the program actually starts to run. I know I've seen this described in this
group before. Can someone help me with a fix?
