outlook 2007crashes

When I try to include a attachment in a e-mail message I recieve a error that
Microsoft outlook needs to close sorry for the inconvience. I use the include
bar when trying to add my attachment. Any help would be appreciated. I have
been working on this since I bought and installed outlook 2007. I have xp pro
with microsoft outlook 2007 with buisness contact manager.

Are all Service Packs installed?
Try it with a new profile without BCM to test if maybe BC M is the culprit
or maybe a corrupt profile.

Thanks Bill I have buisness contact manager for outlook 2007 SP1. I am
curious. When I check for updates it says I need to intall 2003 SP3 is this a
nessary install for 2007 outlook? Thank you for you quick reply.

I just answered the question myself the 2003 update is not needed. Bill how
do I create a new profile?

via the Mail icon in Control Panel. It should ask if you want to enable BCM
for that profile. Say no to test it.

Bill it only has one profile and that is outlook. It does not give me another
option except to create a new profile.

Bill I tried that and it worked guy. I was unabel to set a e-mail account up
for the new profile. So I went back to the outlook defalt profile and it
started working. Do you have any Ideal waht causes this to happen?

Not if it just started to work again. Keep an eye on it and see if the
problem happens again.
