My Delete FOLDER IS NOT OPENABLE, IT DOES NOT HAVE PROPERTIES.
I GET AN ERROR"Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot
access the specified folder location. The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook. Outlook cannot open
this item. The item may be damaged." None of the suggestions work. Please
advise

Try starting Outlook once with the /resetfolders command switch.
