I rebooted my computer recently and when it restarted outlook was updated
with outlook 2007 version, but I lost all my contacts and e-mails old and
new.

Please help I need these contacts and e-mails back.

Sorry, but that's just false. Microsoft Update never updates the version of
Outlook. Why don't you say what really happened?

Probably cause is a new mail profile. Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to
see if that's the case. Mail>Show Profiles. Do you see more than one? If
so, choose the other as the profile to open and start Outlook.
