Outlook 2007 wont send or receive

Things were working great until a couple of days ago. Outlook keeps saying it
is sending messages but there are no messages in my outbox. This is causing
it to time out and won't allow me to receive messages either.

Lots of posts today are complaining about sending mail in Outlook. It is
probably an Update you installed lately for Outlook.
