outlook 2007 wont recognize my profiles

Outlook gives me an error stating that I do not have profiles setup. The
issue is that I do have them setup and the software was working properly.
 
How does this relate to Excel?

Perhaps you should be posting in an Outlook 2007 newsgroup.
