I have just installed Office Enterprise 2007 on a recently upgraded XP to
Vista machine. All other parts of the office package work fine but every time
I open Outlook 2007 I get a message:

"Failed to register a VB script dll. Re-install or run regsvr32.exe
Vbscript.dll to self register. An error occurred while creating a form
0x80004005.

And then it closes down.

I have tried to run regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll from the run cmd but nothing
seems to happen.

I have ran the repair from the CD, with no change.

Please help.

Yup, that error is wrong. Resetting your forms cache will most likely solve
the issue. To do this locate frmchache.dat and rename it to .old

Did this for all users and still came up with same problem. It just
re-created again.

Is it a clash with another program?

It says it's a NeroMediaPlayer Media File.
