Outlook 2007 weekly view not rendering correctly when window resiz

I have a reproducible bug with Office 2007 Outlook calendaring on Windows 7
(64 bit) where the Weekly calendar is not rendering properly when I extend
the size of the window. A black box appears on to the right of the hours
display but the hours area doesn't scale like the day headers do.
 
I've updated the latest Nvidia drivers for Win 7. Is this a video driver
issue and not Outlook? Thank you.
