outlook 2007 vista

I constantly keep getting the message data file did not close properly. When
I try to respond to emails a black screen will show up. I eventually have to
shut down outlook and restart the computer. Also I will get a message not
enough memory. I keep my deleted folder cleaned out and sent and inbox at a
minimun of 250 messages. I have hundreds of folders established for business
purposes and that messages should be filtered too but some go and others
don't.

Sounds like something is keeping Outlook open. See if this helps:
