Outlook 2007 trial

Alt health

after install i cannot create message. i dont get an error message. the box
is greyed out. i can recieve. also i cannot import .pst files. its not greyed
out under the file tab but it never goes anywhere after clicking.

please help
 
Have you activated your trial version already?
As long as it is not activated, you cannot create any new items. You'll find
the same in the other Office applications.
