We are having an issue with Outlook 2007 on XP when printing to
Toshiba copiers that require a code. Office 2007 app on XP work fine. The problem is only exhibited on Outlook 2007. When printing to the
copiers a prompt should appear for the user to enter their code for
tracking purposes. The code doesn't appear. The print job is
sent but ignored by the copier without the code. Any suggestions?
