Outlook 2007 To do/tasks operation failed

Just updated Outlook 2003 to 2007. Data has transferred over, but have a
problem with To-Do Bar in mail view and Tasks in Calendar view with an error
message: "The operation failed. An object could not be found". My list of
tasks is fine in the Task view. Any solutions?

No solutions here, but precisely the same problem; this is the only
reference I've found after a fairly exhaustive search.

Mysteriously, the fault has now been rectified, but I don't know how!! After
using Outlook another 2 or 3 times, the items began to appear in the various
To do and Task lists.
Now all I've got to do is go through all those emails I flagged months ago!!!
