Outlook 2007 "To-Do Bar"

How do I change my "To-Do Bar" to view information from additional mailboxes?
My office has a shared mailbox to post calander, contact, and task info.
I'd like to see that info posted on the To-Do Bar that appears in my personal
mailbox.

I don't think the To-Do bar can show any but your own data.
