outlook 2007 tells me vbscript dll fail to register

the msg box also tell me to use regsvr32.exe to manually
so i on run regsvr32.exe /i vbscript.dll
but it then tells me vbscript.dll is loaded but cannot find DLLInstall point.
when i click "confirm" again, it closes outlook and i can never do anything
else to run it.

I run vista, i also trying to run office standard and all other problem dont
have problem.

I've tried to rename vbscript.dll to vbscript.old and load office repair to
slove it this way. But i cannot get access to the file to rename it.
Appreciate any help i can get.

yes, this is vista. i was unable to try renaming vbscript.dll to
vbscript.old and reinstlal office to resolve the problem.

i've solved the problem:
exactly the same thing happened to me, load up office's langage setting
tools, change ur default lang to english and see. it worked for me.
