Outlook 2007 Stationary Not Found

Unable to locate stationary, tried "changing" and "adding" through
install/remove component, even tried reinstalling program nothing is working.
Want to use stationary or templates, unable to access through Outlook menus.
Thank you in advance for any assistance!
 
What version Office suite are you using or is this a standalone version?
