Outlook 2007 smart typing

In Outlook 2007 how do I input “Sheila Macwilliams†meaning when I signed an
email in Outlook 2003, I used to type in “Sheila†& “MacWilliamsâ€
automatically popped up…same thing with Best and then “regards†would appear,
etc.

Do a search in the article for "AutoComplete for AutoText".

It basically comes down to that you have to use AutoCorrect for it or add an
AutoText entry and select it via the QuickParts gallery.
