Outlook 2007 (Rules & Junk Mail)

Hi

Before posting I did a quick search for posts relating to my question but
could only see posts made a few years ago and for Outlook 2003, so I will ask
my question:

I have Outlook 2007 (sp2) with my own custom message rules.

I would like to ask;

1) What does Outlook process first? Rules or Junk?

2) I would like rules to run first then the default Outlook Junk filter on
what ever remains in the default Inbox folder.

1) Junk
2) Not possible. You could filter Junk Email back into your regular folders
this way.
