Outlook 2007 Quit working

Sick of microsoft

Outlook 2007 stopped working out of nowhere for no apparent reason. When I
try to open it, I get a popup error message that says:

Cannot start Microsoft office outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.

It is not a memory deal, I have 8gb, I disabled my avast addin but still it
gives me the same error over and over? Anyone have any ideas. I am running
vista 64bit everything was working fine until today
 
Outlook didn't do this "out of nowhere for no apparent reason.". You did.
Post the steps you used to create your problem.

Start Outlook once with the /resetnavpane command switch.
