Outlook 2007 Open Other Mailboxes

I have Outlook 2007 running on Vista.
Mailboxes on Exchange Server 2003 SP2.
I have full permissions to the mailbox I need to open as I can open the
mailbox from the menu bar.
The error is in the profile setup.
Open profiles/accounts/more settings/advanced/open additional mailboxes

When I click the add button outlook immediatly displays an error 'Name
cannot be resolved. Action cannot be completed'.

Any ideas?

I received the same error. I deleted my Outlook profile and created a new
one. That seemed to fix it for me.

Thanks for the reply bnaMike,

Deleted the profile and the files locations under my user profile in
windows. Reloaded and still the same error.
I checked a couple other installs and any system with Office 2007 installed
has this error.
The research continues.
