Outlook 2007 - one contact never autocompletes

I have somebody I email regularly, and reply to regularly. He is saved in my
contacts. However, his name never comes up in autocomplete. Other people with
the same name (Jeff) always do. Is there a way to get his name to come up in
autocomplete?

Have you actually typed this person's e-mail address into Outlook in the
past? That's where the autocomplete cache gets its entries...not your
Contacts folder.
